Avoid Negative Self Talk

Eliminate words such as never, can't, impossible, failure, stupid, and no from your vocabulary. Whether you realize it or not - you constantly feed yourself messages all day long. The more you can avoid negative self talk the more optimistic and confidence you can become.

Walk Tall

Hold your shoulders back, stay alert, and walk with even confident strides. Your body language reflects your thinking and vice versa. Have you ever noticed someone who is overwhelmed or tired? You can see the signs their body language. They are slower and lack energy. You get the idea.

Expect Positive Things to Happen

You experience what you think about most.Therefore, forward thinking with positive expectations is what you will get or backward thinking with negative expectations is what you will get. You chose.
